Keyworkers

The Preschool operates a key worker system.  Each child is allocated to a particular member of staff, who monitors their progress throughout their time at Preschool and records in their tapestry journal.  You can talk to your child’s key worker to discuss their progress and development within Preschool.

Key workers are available at the end of sessions if you have any questions.  Please share any information that you feel he/she should be aware of.

Behavioural management

At Lordsmead Pre-School we believe that children thrive in an ordered environment which develops their self-discipline, self-esteem and self-confidence.  Any inappropriate behaviour will be discussed with parents/guardian and appropriate action taken.
